Return and refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tebalvip.com. Please note that returns must be authorized in advance. Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled before shipping or production.  If canceled, we will issue a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Damage and Issues:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Returns:
Undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.  Once TEBALYIP's warehouse receives the returned item, the refund process will be initiated immediately and is usually completed within 3-7 business days.

Order number
Reason for return
Clear photos of all items and original packaging, ensuring the packaging is intact.

Note: The 30-day money-back guarantee expires 30 days after a warranty claim is filed.
